Brief summary of my experience when it came to servicing oil burners: - First contact by phone on November 30th at around 9:40 a.m. with the request from you to see pictures of the burner nameplates -> Email arrived 15 minutes later with the request for an appointment on my part (clearly recognizable that the devices are from Bosch and Junkers) - Another call about 6 hours later, as there was no response to my mail -> The date could not be given, we asked for more detailed pictures of the heating system - More pictures on December 2nd. arrived at your place - Another call from me on December 7th. at 12:34 p.m., the responsible employee was already in conversation. I asked to be called back - Another call from me at 3:24 p.m., as no one answered. The employee gave me the feedback that he currently does not know when the service can be carried out. But I want to take care of doing this within this week - Another call on December 11th. with the question of when the service will be carried out, as the week ends on Friday or Saturday, as we know -> Statement from you: You would not look after these systems (Bosch and Junkers) because this is not your core competence and the boss would not support it Conclusion - It took you 11 working days, 5 calls and 2 e-mails to realize that Bosch and Junkers are not your core competencies? -> By the way: Bosch Thermotechnik is one of the largest manufacturers of such systems with over 3 billion euros in sales (source: Wikipedia). Maybe you should train in this area? But you must know that better than I do. - Employees unprofessional and disinterested. Can't answer emails / calls. Maybe a training course in the Microsoft Office area or further training in the area of ​​customer contact makes sense here?
