Unfortunately we have had consistently bad experiences. It already started when I wanted to make an appointment to measure a shower partition, which only worked after calling several times because no one answered. After the offer had been submitted, I gave the confirmation by phone and this was completely ignored and no shower enclosure was ordered. After 2 months I tried to ask several times by phone but no reaction, even with the assurance that I would be called back. In the end, the order and everything else went through the representative of the shower partition because it was not possible to communicate with the company. The installation was then quite reasonable, but relatively slow and with the full calculation of the trainee, although he almost only watched. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, we were just lucky that the Artweger representative was so helpful, otherwise we would still be waiting for a shower enclosure today.

I have not been able to give a good rating since the takeover. The new owner is very fat. You can call him, but he doesn't respond.

Unfortunately we did not have a lot of good experiences. The bill is clearly overdrawn and hardly comprehensible. Appointments are not kept. No one comes for days. The work was ok, although one employee seemed very awkward. Not again!
