The Deichmann branch in Löhne is honestly a disaster! To be more precise, the branch management that belongs to has been terminated! What I saw there on Saturday (26.09.20) was just hair-raising! Dealing with customers AND the staff ... the lady in question (branch manager - it was written on her label) was apparently in a very bad mood, you only got a sloppy short answer to the question, not to mention her entire arrogant manner ... and what it is not at all possible to yell at the staff in front of all customers present. Since when has that been the correct approach? I felt really sorry for the saleswoman, and she is one of the few who can give really good advice ... which cannot be said of the branch manager. Unfortunately I have been observing this negative development in wages for a long time, I am in the store very often (we are a large family with 3 children), but yesterday was really impossible and unfortunately not an isolated case, I have often noticed how bad the customers are to be treated there. I don't feel like buying shoes there anymore and will go somewhere else in the future.
Staff, cleanliness and advice great! The young man, in particular, was very competent and friendly very happy, so 5 stars again!
Staff, cleanliness and advice Top! But a bag after shopping would be good! Although not the world but new shoes would be more comfortable to carry in a bag than in the hands 😅 therefore only 3 stars 👋
