Me and my husband recently moved to Germany and our German language is not that good yet so we were very pleased that one of the members of staff named Marc Szaszak speaks very good English and opened bank accounts for both of us. He was very friendly, explained everything thoroughly and helped us to meet his colleague Marinus Gajsek for us to open a business account. He was also kind enough to speak with us in English and explained what we needed. It would have been a lot more difficult to open accounts in German so we greatly appreciate the help. In general the customer service is really great and would highly recommend this bank.

I have submitted the contract to the branch for faster processing of my online credit. 3 days later I called the head office and I was told all the notes except the one with the signature was there for which reason they could not process it any further. Insolence as it was in a hurry I had to do one with double the interest rate which also cost more.
