Unfortunately never reachable by phone. Often long waiting times because there are not enough employees. Maybe hire more staff or just make an appointment.

I have never experienced something so unfriendly !!! She kindly took me without an appointment, but if I had known how unfriendly she was in the morning I would have loved to come back with an appointment 2 weeks later to someone else. I don't want to know how Ms. Janssen (sits when you walk in on the left side) becomes during the day. Turns you on loud in front of customers. One should articulate differently with customers.
