I just called there because the gas has been turned off in the basement since Saturday because of the smell of gas. In response I got to hear ... no appointments available for non-customers ... The man could not hang up quickly enough afterwards. Hopefully this company will close soon - due to a lack of orders. It annoys me that I had to give at least one star.

Mr. Hemshorn supported us with the core renovation with a new eco-stove, pellet stove and two bathrooms. He specializes in pellet central heating. The work went smoothly. Many Thanks

Especially in the case of unscheduled malfunctions on our heating, Mr. Hemshorn always managed to come by on the same day and was able to offer us a solution. We always found that to be extremely customer-oriented. In the event of a malfunction, troubleshooting was demonstrably extremely difficult, Time-consuming and, above all, accompanied by a high amount of wear and tear on spare parts (through no fault of Hemshorn!). Here, too, Mr. Hemshorn was ultimately able to correct the error (not a standard error!) And has his Time commitment is super fair and only the installed and functioning spare parts are billed. We are pleased that there are such establishments
