Fortunately, no order came about.
I should express my concern by email. Said and done. After several days (4) I couldn't bear to wait any longer. Then on the phone I get the rejection. When asked why no one should contact me, the only answer was "I have only just decided". In my opinion, those who deal with customers in this way don't deserve customers.
