A boss who knows how not to get orders. Incredibly rude on the phone. He left his frustration free to find out at the very end of the phone call that every order has a lead time of 4 weeks although the first few words said that a water pipe was suspected.

Very competent advice and execution. Rarely among craftsmen: deadlines are met exactly, the price-performance ratio is right.
