Heating is no longer possible - that's clear - Friday afternoon - before Christmas ... - 15 kilometers from the service technician. 16.06h - service technician drives up - apologizes - would have been an accident on the route - 16: 36h heating is running again - solenoid valve was defective - goodbye!
So - just happened! - Insanity - And he still apologizes that he is too late - I was under stress - Weekend - Christmas - and then it just works as if it were the most normal thing in the world for a craftsman to come just by looking at him " calls". Thank you for the cool service C&P
That's the way he invests only the bare minimum in his apartments.
The shower drain in the new building was not connected properly and so after two weeks there was huge water damage. Our house is currently uninhabitable.
