We have renewed our gas heater from Bintig-Hummel. The installation was also within the time frame and was carried out professionally. The underfloor heating was reasonably repaired. The subsequent annual maintenance then took place only once. This year the appointment was canceled by the company due to illness. I was assured that the company would come to me for a new appointment, which still did not happen after more than two weeks. On calls from my part I received no reaction, which is why I have now commissioned another company with the maintenance.
