Extremely unfriendly, we broke our pipe and did not cover the costs. Therefore had to do without water for a long time.

The fitters are unfriendly and extremely annoyed, especially if you want to discuss something with them that is not on the slip. I have never experienced so much inflexibility and ignorance. A consistently unfriendly customer service, no matter who you talk to. They no longer need to send me a mechanic.
