Salamander is my absolute favorite shoe store in Hamm and the surrounding area. I bought a couple of great new Hilfiger boots. The service and advice at Salamander is very friendly, courteous and technically great. I always find great shoes here, I feel very comfortable there.

Within less than 30 seconds, the trainee approached me to advise me, which she did very friendly and helpful. The branch manager, Mr. Dembinski, also took a lot of time to provide additional advice. He presented me with the right shoes for my foot shape without being asked and let me try on 3-4 pairs in turns. 3/4 pairs fit very well right away. In the end, I decided on a pair and was given appropriate care instructions to be able to wear the shoes as long as possible. It was my first time at Salamander and I was extremely satisfied. The products look good so far, the prices are fair and the advice is very professional and pleasantly unobtrusive. Thank you for the excellent advice to the two employees, I would love to come back!

The boss of the shop assured me that I could try on the shoes I bought at home to see if they matched the suit. The shoes were only worn for 5 minutes at home. In the store, the boss claims that the shoes are no longer flawless and no longer smell of leather. The shoes cost € 80 and after a long and pointless discussion he only wanted to refund 50%. We will have to go to Dortmund now to get the full price refunded. In addition, we asked a saleswoman at Rieker if she would take the shoes back and she said that the shoes were completely fine.
