Good therapist, dedicated team, they deserve a full 5 stars. I was totally disappointed by the fact that I am now due to cancel an appointment due to no-fault cancellation of the appointment, which I was unfortunately only able to make on short notice. Zero goodwill, no compromise. It is better to write several letters, which ultimately also cost time and money! Here you could show a little more sensitivity, as other therapists do. Therefore only one star for the administration!
