For my mother we wanted to know about different walkers, i.e. Quality, material, prices, because it was a matter of buying a particularly easy one, but unfortunately met a very arrogant and unfriendly saleswoman who had absolutely no desire for advice and referred to the health insurance company. We wanted to pay him ourselves without having to pay health insurance. Well, ordered on the internet at half price and received a very high quality product. Sometimes retailers don't have to complain when customers buy online, we just wanted a little bit of friendliness, but we felt we were bothered. Maybe we didn't look posh enough either. A point for easy accessibility and parking. Many thanks for your friendly answer. However, you did not read correctly or I misunderstood myself: We were not given advice at all, although we wanted to buy from you, but more or less briefly left alone with the walkers and then discharged. For a reaction at least 4 stars.

It's all about serving the customer quickly and that's it. Complaints about aids are only consoled. The / she is not there / out of place. You can wait for a call back. Well They are already too big to persuade the population here not to go there. Further enlargement by moving into the former mattress concord is in progress. There is also collaboration with doctors. I was called to the doctor with an appointment. Then waited about 1 hour. After a waiting time, measurements were taken for approx. 1 minute (by the Wirth employee) and the prescription for aids signed by the doctor (handed over by Wirth employees). I can pick it up in two days from Wirth GmbH in LIF. Uh what is that? Well I'll be more careful in the future that this doesn't happen to me anymore. Strange doctor and host drive almost the same fat "Benz" ... sausage doesn't matter. My next orthopedic store is again the smaller one around the corner. Must drive a few kilometers, but it's worth it to me.
