At first I was quite enthusiastic, unfortunately only one person is taken care of until one has no complaints. You are neither taken seriously nor can the doctor be reached. The nurses think they are so technically competent that they give advice that can only be shaken your head. If you call one too many times, you will be turned on very bitchily and made unbelievably down. On the phone I'm still waiting for a call back from the doctor - for the last 7 months ... Is probably not worth a star, because according to Ms. Krumbacher everything would be fine with me, although I constantly had complaints. Bad Pap values ​​are also played down, which in my opinion is not in the sense of a successful therapy!

Very good doctor, Stern deduction because of the telephone availability, because a message is played during opening times that calls will be made outside of the consultation hour.

For me the best gynecologist ever. Mr. Krumbacher is very relaxed and friendly. Special mention should also be made of the medical assistants. We were always treated in a friendly and understanding manner.
