I was looking for a new rehab facility because of my imminent move and asked about 3 weeks ago by email (with my contact details) about a specific treatment that is also advertised on the website. Unfortunately, there was no earlier date for the preliminary meeting. When I got there today, there were three employees at reception: one was on the phone, one was typing on her cell phone and the third (as it later turned out, the owner) was doing written work. My greeting was not returned, nor was eye contact made. After about 2 minutes of waiting, I was asked about my wishes and asked to take a seat. Completely ok as I got there early. I was then asked to come to the office by the owner, briefly described my request again to find out that this special treatment (which was in my email and which is advertised on the website!) Is currently not offered because you are not an employee got more with this training. She would have left the company just last week ... what a coincidence ... So the conversation ended after two minutes. Annoying: I drove about 1.5 hours and 80 km for this ... You could also have called me, after all, the mail contained my illness, my concern in this regard, as well as my contact details. Conclusion: unfriendly, poorly prepared, unprofessional! What a shame!

At first I was thrilled. However, the treatments became stranger and shorter with each session. I was the last patient on two appointments. There were probably delays in advance on both dates, which led to short waiting times (approx. 10 min). The practice was then closed on time - my treatment was correspondingly short. On one of the two evening appointments I had exactly 7 minutes of treatment time. In my opinion, there are only two really good employees, one of whom is only employed at 450 euros and the other is always fully booked. So there are hardly any appointments with the two. My personal treatment highlight was that during a "massage" - an employee pressed his finger on a pain point on the pelvis, asked if it hurts and pressed harder than I affirmed - he played with the cell phone. He probably didn't feel like working so shortly before Christmas, or he still had to shop for gifts for his children. I don't know, but I think it's pretty outrageous. Otherwise I can still say that the ladies at the reception are really very friendly and there is nothing negative to say about the cleanliness.

I'm there with milon circuit training. Two super nice coaches answer all questions and show you everything. Young and old train here. It's really fun.
