My orthopedist advised me to look for a good fitness center. The Mexxfit is definitely out of this. The first impression was marked by the unfriendly appearance of the owner. This one not only refused to pay me by card ("... only cash is true.") But then promised that the coaches are well trained and knowledgeable about physical problems (I've had a herniated disc that still is hurts). After the so-called introductory training, which was over in 15 minutes. With a note full of machine names I could not possibly find alone, I had been left to myself. Everything was fine. That's how it seems to be done there. But the problem was not felt until the next day. My intervertebral disc really hurt. And I can definitely distinguish a sore muscle from real pain. Conclusion: dingy showers, dubious business practices, no care (the coaches, if any, are only interested in the Anabolika Showers, but not for ordinary people), The ten-card I gave my neighbor and now I'm going to the competition.
