Our 11 year old son is a true anxiety patient because of his experience with 8 other dentists. He did not even open his mouth in the end. With Dr. med. Hertan was different. She is very empathetic, competent, trusting and explains everything child-friendly and it never happens under time pressure or haste, which our son has taken any fear. By a great scheduling an unnecessary waiting in the waiting room is spared. Hervorrande work has Dr. med. Hertan performed with our son when the treatment was under general anesthetic. She informed us about everything. The process was perfectly planned. The OP was prepared and carried out very professionally. Especially worth mentioning was the aftercare, here we felt perfectly looked after. Miss Dr. Hertan has our complete confidence! The staff are all very nice, helpful and individually responsive to the patient. We feel that we are in very good hands in this practice and that we can thank Dr. Ing. Hertan really only recommend!
