Long waiting time despite the appointment. As a customer, I didn't feel very comfortable and the strange climate in the salon itself was depressing. There is also a lack of professionalism among hairdressers.

Very friendly staff. V.a. the color advice is super coherent. I have a lot of hair with natural waves and had to get to know a lot of hairdressers before I finally got here. The cut always fits! Feel-good atmosphere and punctuality are top!
