Since there are often very subjective reviews in Google, I want to focus on the facts here.
The planning, installation and commissioning of our heating went according to a reliable schedule, smooth and clean.
In case of a damage to our underfloor heating, which was caused by another company, the company Muggenhamer could finally avert a larger damage, not least by the immediate intervention of the boss.
For a long time a nasty smell plagued us in the bathroom. Several people did not come to the cause. Through the advice of Muggenhamer the problem could be solved quickly.
With a disturbance at our heating we received on! Sunday! Fast help, unbureaucratic and competent. I grew up in a big city. Try to reach an emergency worker there on Sunday, who will then a) pass by and b) can remedy the problem.
Conclusion:
Anyone looking for a company that really cares about their concern or problem will not be disappointed in my opinion.

When modernizing a heating system, it was important to me to place the order with a local company. Since the Muggenhamer company had already carried out the first installation in 2005, I first got in touch with Mr. Klaus Muggenhamer. He made such good suggestions and advised me so comprehensively and competently that I didn't seek any other offers. The work was carried out very professionally (see statement / comment R.K.) and reliable.
It should be emphasized that - especially Mr. Muggenhamer Klaus sen. - you look after your customers conscientiously even after the work is done, provide advice and assistance (if necessary, even on Sunday lunchtimes) and simply always have a friendly and well-meaning contact person. Price, performance and service deserve 5 stars! The man is worth gold!
