Dear Mrs. A.GRT, I am very sorry that, as a pharmacist with a doctorate in a 20-minute consultation, I did not succeed in solving your request, which you had already submitted in vain to different doctors, to your satisfaction. Also, I have - obviously in vain - trying to convey to you that I am not authorized to make diagnoses or medical histories, which would have been necessary here. As a QMS-certified pharmacy we always strive to improve the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, we are always grateful for qualified customer criticism. The appropriate form will always be handed out by me and my friendly and competent colleagues during our opening hours. Of course, there is also the possibility to submit your criticism formless. You are welcome to bring your next visit to our pharmacy again with your offspring. The undisturbed clearing out of our shelves has obviously been a lot of fun. The gray-haired is outrageous and overbearing. This pharmacy is not recommended.
