A really very competent and friendly doctor. You feel that you are in very good hands with him and he explains it very clearly. A lot of time is taken for the patient to clarify all questions. Prior appointment is essential

I actually had the appointment in November, so I put myself on the waiting list. The ladies at the reception are friendly and called regularly as soon as an appointment was canceled. After the 4 times it worked and that's why I was in this practice for the first time today and actually felt very comfortable. DR. Reber and a student received me very kindly and took time for my problems. In short, the stay in the practice was quite pleasant, even if I unfortunately don't care a bit further today, I know where to go if something should change.

It was my first time in this practice today and I actually felt very comfortable. As usual for a first visit, I was there a few minutes before my appointment because there are still a few formalities to be completed. As soon as these were done, I was allowed to see Dr. Ramsauer. He received me very kindly and really took the time to deal with my problems. In short, it was a very positive experience and I am very grateful to have gotten to him. Thank you very much.
