Dr. Hupfer recognized the cause of my many years of sinus disease and referred me to a specialized surgeon or the specialized specialist clinic, where I was finally helped after 2 successful operations. A great doctor and man, I'm very grateful to him.

Fast appointments (don't even wait 2 weeks) Short waiting times in practice. (And if you can't wait 10-30 minutes, you should learn to be patient.) Friendly staff (you should also smile and be friendly as a patient, and lo and behold you get it back) and well explained and taken time. I had an appointment at 8 a.m. and finished at 8.50 a.m. What more do you want . When I go to Artur I always plan 2 hours. 50 min is really great 😀. I will gladly come again.

Can not fully pull the bad experience clear I had to wait despite appointment also bisserl but of course normal. I still felt really comfortable in the very pleasant waiting room and also the doctor was very friendly and competent and was able to help me a lot. Always happy

Very friendly and extremely competent young doctor. Within just 10 days, a problem was resolved on the ears, which has been pulled over 2 years and several doctor's visit.
