I was with Ms. Dürmeier for the first time today. What can I say ... I'm super satisfied. The color and the cut are great. The advice was also very detailed and competent. The staff are super nice. There is a very pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

Finally someone who deals with my thin hair and conjures up a great cut. I am also very satisfied with the color. Staff and service are great! I can only recommend.

We were very disappointed with the handling of a complaint. Because a chemical haircut is really no trivial offense. Disappointment also about bad advice in relation to the work process or later required treatments let alone care recommendation for salon and home and to send someone with such a result at all on the street with a clear conscience .. unbelievable. Once and never again!!
