Called the office this morning. Since yesterday I had a lot of pain in my right foot. The office assistant ... No, they can't come. I'm full. I have pain that couldn't sleep all night. My foot if you are swollen ... then you have to wait 1 week have nothing free are full go to the family doctor not allowed to come very unfriendly I just said thank you for the help and hung up.

Get an appointment very quickly. Has been completely examined and X-rayed. Great therapy measures. Staff is nice. Was very happy

I needed an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon at very short notice because I had so much pain in the lumbar spine that I sometimes couldn't even walk. I was told on the phone that I could just come by until 9:30 a.m., which I thought was great as an "emergency patient". But when I got to the registration and the lady wanted my medical card, but I didn't have it with me (I live in Gunzenhausen), I was refused any kind of treatment. I had my ID with me and assured the lady that I would leave my ID with her until the next morning, then I would bring the card over. But here too I only got the clumsy answer that I am not going to the EC machine without an EC card. If you are committed to helping people as a practice, then this action is completely foreign to me. Especially since my general practitioner subsequently informed me that in these cases the medical assistant could call the health insurance companies and have a provisional insurance policy sent to them and, if there was no alternative, could simply have written a private bill. Unfortunately, I wasn't worth the effort to the lady. I rarely felt so stupid. Simply ripped off, although I could hardly stand at the registration. I hope the doctor will talk to his practice team one day about how to deal with customer needs in the future.
