I regularly go to school with my daughter. The medical assistants in particular are always very friendly and attentive.
A well organized practice. The doctor's assistants as well as the doctor and the vision school welcomed my children and me warmly with every visit, had patience and, thanks to their playful skills, always came to good results with my daughters. I am a "customer" there and will remain so; of conviction.
I never even got to the doctor. They don't want patients anymore
For a treatment by Dr. med. Reichel I did not come first.
I was sent by my optometrist to the ophthalmologist to have my eyes checked as my vision has worsened dramatically in a short time. According to my optician, this should be done as quickly as possible, as I drive a little further to work every day.
When I got there I was initially ignored. When the medical assistants then paid their attention to me and I described my problem to them, disparaging made fun of me and told me that they will have no date for me. They also made it clear to me not to value myself as a patient.
The two stars are only there, because I am Dr. med. Reichel himself, so far only good things have been heard. But I will never visit this practice again, because I was helped quickly and friendly with another ophthalmologist.
