My experiences with Dr. Kalaf and the staff in his practice have been consistently positive for years. He takes the time to listen to the problems and discuss them, even if he has questions over the phone. The feeling of being taken seriously and being well advised is always there.

5 stars for the super dear doctor's assistant who answered very detailed questions on my part, is courteous and just nice. Unfortunately, Dr. Kalaf neither taken seriously nor listened to. Really disappointing. Nothing at all comes from the man, speaks disparagingly and disinterestedly. Problem solution 0 and in the end you still feel like a complete idiot.

A very lousy character / doctor I went to see him a few years ago because the left side of my face was numb for weeks. Another important thing to mention: Back then I had to bridge a certain time with Hartz 4. He just smiled at me and let go of comments like: "You have never achieved anything in your life" etc. At the time I was 26. He attacked me completely suddenly and for no reason. Then he sent me away - without further investigation, of course. I recently had a lot more symptoms, including the left side of my face. It turned out that I have multiple sclerosis. The barrier disorders / inflammations in the brain that can be seen through the current MRI are partly older. Of course, this person can't help my MS, but at least he could have put me in the MRI back then. I've had a doctor odyssey over the past few years. I had various symptoms and because the doctors couldn't find anything, I was just laughed at. Now these symptoms make sense ... In any case, this "doctor" is a very mean person without competence, who missed his job and apparently won his doctorate in the lottery. You could almost think he was schizophrenic and his own patient ...

After today's mass processing everything just fast fast, the main thing is to collect money from the health insurance company. And a very unsympathetic person! Positive, very nice doctor's assistant

I only read the bad reviews after the appointment, and today I have mixed feelings about my appointment. The concern was unfounded, the staff found the doctor friendly and factual and in my opinion competent. But well, the relationship between doctor and practice to patient is always subjective, in my case I felt in good hands and treated human!
