Employees wear gloves (on both hands), face masks (if they are in the guest area) and are protected by a wide and extensive spit guard. Large notices in clearly visible places for compliance with hygiene regulations and minimum distances convey trust and you get the impression that there is a well thought-out hygiene concept to protect employees and customers. The staff is busy doing their jobs and to save time, all activities are carried out with the same pair of gloves. From wiping the surfaces, receiving and handing over (exchange) money, preparing goods for sale to sorting and bagging the goods. The annual time and cost savings must be substantial! Of course, I don't have to worry! The gloves are carefully wiped on the buttocks after the careful and manual assessment of the meatballs! ... the surface of my ordered crossaint shimmers unusually beautifully in the sheen of the frying fat. Maybe one day a new taste concept? Crossaint with meatball flavor. Who knows ... As we all know, wearing (disposable) gloves is not very comfortable. The sensation is falsified and you sweat and the impermeable layer. The resourceful employees have also found a solution for this. Take off the gloves and dry them briefly on the stained apron and the customer can continue to be served. Exemplary! Reduced waiting time for the customer! (the sweat? My successor's problem). Protected by its safety wall, employees can operate without mouth and nose protection. Good communication is guaranteed, the goods can be described in detail on request. If the goods are close to the face of the employee when they are sorted and advertised, one even somehow gets the impression that the goods are "breathed in" .... Strangely enough, this almost creates a personal relationship with the employee. Interesting customer loyalty strategy. The guest area looks friendly and is always tidy. The employees in the guest area can only be found wearing face masks. In order to maintain the cleanliness of the customer area is diligently cleaned and cleared. To ensure the increased need for oxygen at work, employees wear the face mask below their nose for safety. Praiseworthy! in short: The hygiene concept fails completely and notices are not sufficiently taken into account even by the staff. 2 stars, for the baked goods. The rating is based on numerous observations across many purchases. There are a few hard-working and ordinary exceptions among the employees.

Having breakfast there is just great. Even in corona times. Great selection of baked goods of all kinds, whether bread or rolls, tarts and cakes or all other sweets, just great. And not to forget the always friendly staff.

The slowest baker in the area. Even if there are only two people in line, waiting is not worth it in my opinion. There are enough alternatives in town. The choice of particles is very small. Been there a few times, disappointing.

Top, card payment (also apple pay) possible.

Looks nice, but the staff is not very accommodating or inflexible. I just wanted a slice of bread with a topping and supposedly this was not possible. I can't understand where the problem is.
