I stumbled across this great deal through Google. My embroidery machine was totally over. After a phone call I went straight away and brought my baby to the store. It was immediately examined and an error was found immediately. Top advice from someone who really knows. Conclusion I will be back because you feel in good hands here. Keep it up!

Great service! I bought a sewing machine in Roth about a year ago. Unfortunately, a liquid ran into the thread cracks of the housing yesterday and I wanted to open it for cleaning. However, due to a lack of specialist knowledge, I couldn't make it and visited the sewing center with the good piece, since the shop in Roth is currently closed. The device was open within a minute and was eyed by the shopkeeper. Everything was alright. The nice lady waved my question about a payment and only said "just visit us again".
That's what I call customer service! And best of all, the shop in Roth will be reopened in August under her leadership.
I would also like to commend the team's commitment. Starting with the nice young lady on the phone, who kindly advised me to come over with the machine and the husband of the boss, who uploaded such great 3D photos from inside the shop. We will definitely be back 👍
