I was a patient of Dr. Schmidt and I always felt very comfortable. After Ms. Keller took over the practice, I continued to be a patient in the dental practice, but unfortunately I had bad experiences with the receptionist (Ms. Stockburger) with regard to racist statements. She has often given me the feeling that I am not very welcome as a foreign patient. An acquaintance confirmed this experience to me, which is why I ultimately decided to change my practice. Last week I had to go to the practice as an emergency because my dentist was on vacation. I was able to come a few hours later after my call. Everyone was very friendly and the waiting time was acceptable. After a detailed and understandable discussion with Dr. Keller started a root canal treatment. I received documents for my dentist and was already pain-free in the evening. Excellent! I am very pleased!

The technical staff were friendly with a few exceptions. Would be a good dentist, actually. I went there for control. Right at the beginning it was clear that my wisdom teeth were infected with tooth decay and said that as long as it doesn't get worse, you don't have to do anything. Has offered me to remove the tooth decay, but since I'm afraid of the dentist, I refused at first. In the end I was with her again because of a severe toothache and asked her if she could remove the tooth decay, but this time refused and said it would not help. Since the wisdom teeth have to get out, otherwise she couldn't help me further ?! My wisdom teeth hadn't caused me any problems. I went to the other dentist and still got it today and the tooth decay has also been removed.

Very pleasant and painless tooth cleaning. Communication with the doctor's assistant and Dr. Cellar top. It was a good decision!
