Very good and very accommodating service, I asked for a spare part for my Leifheit floor plug by E-MAIL, the very friendly answer came after a short time and, to my positive surprise, I got the part sent free of charge. Great experience!

Wonderful Leifheit world. You can see what they are producing and you can get a bargain or two. Traveling especially for this would be rather an exaggeration.
