After a call about defective heating, an employee came within an hour. Unfortunately, the 20-year-old device could no longer be repaired. New device was installed the very next day. The craftsmanship was professional and the price-performance ratio was right.
Contrary to other comments here, I can only warmly recommend these companies!
Only botchers at work. Angle tubes were simply turned in the other direction (!!!!) instead of setting new angles. Angle valve was also installed leaking. Result: wet, moldy kitchen after it was half a year old. 3 months no kitchen, trouble, craftsmen come and go, no excuses ... absolutely the last.
Completely overpriced and that only to loosen heating pins and to vent radiators. To date, 2 radiators out of 5 still don't work. !!! Never again.
Had an appointment for a new shower. Date was met on time and done! Very nice staff and very professional. Can I recommend very much !!
2 times the cause of a water damage should be eliminated and 2 times the solution was not long term. In the meantime, water damage number 3 has been created and each time you have to pay for the repair of the blunder yourself. Furthermore, invoices will be shipped at the earliest after 3 months, so that real working time of billed working hours is difficult to distinguish. Not to forget the bad accessibility and the lack of willingness to really call someone back.
