So far I have visited numerous dentists and I am happy to have found the Ihlenfeld practice. So far I've felt in good hands here. I have always been treated very competently by the Ihlenfeld family and most recently by Ms. Dalia Márquez-Wick from Venezuela, who also works in this practice. Since she has been there, I have been treated by her because she is a very competent, nice and open-hearted person. You feel very comfortable with her - especially with larger treatments - so that I even dozed off during a treatment. This was a little embarrassing for me, but it speaks for her competent and calming way of working. There are also no long waiting times here because the appointments are well organized. Praise also to the nice and competent dental specialists without whom such professional treatment would not be possible. I can simply advise everyone to get their own picture of this practice if you don't have a permanent dentist yet.

Super incompetent team, which is scruffy and personal. I've never experienced anything so unfriendly, even though I'm a cashier. My appointment was scheduled for 1.5 hours, which unfortunately I missed for health reasons. I apologized for that and told me to charge me this hour. I signed that I have to pay 20 € per missing half hour. Thus arise for me 60 € and not 120 €. A. Was that ever a great impudence and B. Should I pay this sum in advance in cash, otherwise the doctor would not treat me, although I had pain or a root canal treatment in front of me. A bottomless insolence, especially since I have always paid my bills properly and on time. The last was even 600 €.
