I can only advise anyone against visiting this studio. Some of the devices are absolutely outdated and the employees are unfriendly. At the beginning (when the contract is signed) everyone is very friendly, but then that changes ... I quit months ago and asked for confirmation of my termination. I call regularly and ask for my cancellation confirmation. Nothing. I am told to answer, but nothing comes. So outrageous .. I very much like that the contributions will continue to be debited because the studio is incapable and administratively overwhelmed. An absurdity ..

I have to revoke my 5 star review. Beware of this club !! When it comes to contractual issues, the fight is tough here. You run after a confirmation of termination (and haven't come to this until today). Contractual changes such as Unsubscribing from additional services does not happen at all, not even after repeated requests. Corona-related non-use and the resulting reimbursement of contributions is not approved and a warning is threatened. You can train here, but you want to claim your rights - no feedback. Although you were very nice and polite here at the beginning and in the gym itself you are told to do it. Nevertheless, nothing happens afterwards. No notice of cancellation - no changes to the monthly Payment although promised, and currently in the last 2 months, no feedback on the subject of refunds & Corona. Now that I have made the last step and had the last 2 months booked back - drum roll - oh wonder immediately the very first written (!) Feedback from the club. An email message with the notice of warning, Funny, all of my previous emails regarding contract changes, termination and Corona were not even responded to. Here everyone can think of their own part. Sorry Paul's - If you want to continue to have customers, you should treat them accordingly and not kidding! EDIT: There are currently even more debits in the calendar year 2021 (booking for January), which has already been canceled! SEPA is now blocked by my bank.

Visited in 9/2009 as a reward for cooperation. For me everything perfect. Service, toilets, food drink. You can play squash, badminton, bowling. Great.
