Friendly staff, but inhumane handling. I was welcomed nicely during my visit, but turned down for really hurtful reasons. I don't understand how you can categorize people like that. One would think that society has developed further. But even banks still think in layers. One star is for the friendly staff.

Poor service and unfriendly reception! The comment "then I have to cancel my account with them" came a smile and a return carriage ... "then do it" .... unbelievable Oh yes ... has been mentioned many times in the comments but yes ... the fees are under all sow !!!

When contacted by phone, music has been playing for 12 minutes, although it is open, unfortunately I cannot present my problem. It's been 14 minutes now ...

why has your change machine almost never worked for a good six months now when I want to deposit my change? What is the service if your devices are not working? I'll change the bank soon

The Stadtparkasse makes a neat and clean impression. The machines always work.
