I'm just going to renovate a house and there you have to make the heating system + sanitary + bathroom completely new. An appointment was quickly found for the visit and the coworker was technically competent and understood also what I would like and brought accordingly also its experience. Unfortunately, nothing came afterwards, especially no offer. Even repeated queries have only revealed that the person in charge is currently out of the house and you have a recall deposited. After 3 months I have to say that I can not recommend the company unfortunately. I know that the craftsmen can choose their customers. Only if they have no interest in this order, then you should tell the customer directly and openly, that you as a customer also knows accordingly what you are. The 2 stars are there because of the good start and the expertise. Otherwise, unfortunately I would have awarded 1 star due to poor communication skills.

For me, a fireplace insert was dismantled, disposed of and a new one was installed. The work was carried out cleanly, precisely and carefully. The advice in advance as well as the execution of the assembly were carried out by qualified specialists with a friendly demeanor. I will recommend this company with a clear conscience.

Never again Joas! Billing of three persons for one-man work !!! First comes the master, without tools. Send therefore a fitter. This brings an apprentice. One person would have been quite sufficient for this work. In the end, all three should be paid. Bill for that reason far too high and the items are not clearly listed, only a total amount. After contact no promised feedback, instead a reminder. Renewed call there, by the master himself extremely rude on the phone "blemished", this ended the call simply - without a normal conversation would have been possible. Subsequent factual mail with request for clarification and Kotaktaufnahme to the boss. She reads the mail but never answers. Instead, the second reminder comes. Never had to deal with such an unprofessional and overpriced company and the procedure is more than questionable. After this experience you can only advise against the company. Dear a smaller company, who does not rest on his name and thinks he can afford anything!
