After an initial very quick and positive experience with the Rembold company, we consciously decided to work together to support small businesses on site. The very good experience was a one-off thing and after several repetitions the whole thing got a bland aftertaste. Agreements with the master on site are not passed on to the executing craftsman, who then does not have the right parts at hand. Due to capacity, orders are passed on to another company that does not report as agreed 2 days later, but 2.5 weeks later and you have to do without heating and hot water for as long. You get bills at the earliest 3 months after the work is done and then a pretty emotional topic is made of it. You not only receive reminders and reminders by post, but you are also called and warned by email. Memories come in almost every day after the previous months were in no hurry to write an invoice. All in all, too many negative events (unnecessary measures, assigning blame, too high / wrong bills, etc.) that led to the fact that we will not commission the company again and cannot recommend it.
