Bad advice - a waste of time! An employee of the Kraft company gave no thought to a sensible and as barrier-free conversion of my father's shower as possible. During an on-site visit, he said the following: "There is only one shower cubicle here, you have a step of approx. 25 cm and there are no holding options inside. If you want to take a shower, you need a third hand from a nurse .... " Just incompetent and unmotivated!

We have been a customer of Kraft in Steinheim / Albuch for 8 years. Since then we have commissioned several renovation projects and everything was fine at all times. Very good service from the consultants and just like the craftsmen - always very good experiences and friendly communication. As another customer writes "Too expensive" - ​​my opinion: you have to pay good money for good work, is it normal? In any case, I would always like to commission Kraft. You know what you have !!!!
