Beautiful building with free moving elevators (no doors and they don't stop moving) there are art galleries on multiple floors and a beautiful view of the city from the top.

Terribly ugly building. Once beautiful before the war and today simply "brutalistic" and concrete mourning. Sad and Desolate Marketplace still added.
