Be prepared to wait over 2+ hours. Insufficiently staffed...1 counter open in back room, while employee sits at counter watching the waiting room & maybe answers 1 question per hour? The service is good once your number is called, but the manager of this bureaucracy can’t seem to figure out how to staff (apparently customer/Kunde wait time is not a metric they track or care about). Oh, and they are not open on Wednesday...apparently overworked...LOL! Why can’t they have hours in the evening so u don’t have to take time off work. Amazingly dysfunctional and out of touch with modern times!

This place is an absolute mess. The opening hours almost oblige you to take time off work. The lady at the information desk is not friendly at all despite the fact she does not much have to do. Except to wait up to 2 hours when you go there...

Friendly staff, positive atmosphere and the waiting time was around 30 minutes on Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. The fact that it took a little longer at the counter was due to the fact that a new MAin was trained by a colleague ....

I was in the citizens' office at 11:50 am today. When I wanted to draw a number, none came out. A short time later, another lady came. A number came out with her She told me to go in front of her because I was obviously there in front of her. At the counter, the lady from the civic office asked me for my number. I explained what had happened. She said I can't get it without a number. In addition, it would now be 12 p.m. and I should come back at 2 p.m. According to the Internet, the citizens' office is open until 1 p.m. I find it outrageous that customers are treated like this. If it were possible I would not give a star.
