Just terrible, they didn't give me appointments through emails which was their regulations because of covid-19 and asked me to come in person, they're too slow, the number machine is broken and they're trying to fix , the display is off and everyone is very rude... unbelievable

Has been there several times now, never had to wait long and was always served in a friendly manner. So I'm positively surprised because I've already had the opposite experience in other parts of the city.

I went there to pick up my ID card. The collection letter says I could pick it up at the information desk, but I didn't get that far. I should have made an appointment I was told in an extremely unfriendly manner, that can be done by phone or online. I have been trying to get through the whole day but nobody answers the phone (although the office is open) and as far as the online appointment is concerned ... You can leave the same (today is January 5th and there is no appointment for the whole of January) How are you supposed to do your things like that?
