I wanted to load new credit onto my family card today. Since they are only being served at the window at the moment, I queued. The gentlemen before me were served without any problems. When it was my turn, the lady simply walked away from the window and there was no response to knocking either. Then the window was opened again, the lady looked past me and said there was nobody there and wanted to close the window again. I stood right in front of it and of course made myself noticeable. She reacted snippily, I said I would wait then. A short time later another lady came and wanted to close the window. Again I made myself noticed and was simply passed over. Even the first lady could have told me that I have to make an appointment by phone. So I waited 10 minutes without any information. The arrogant manner of these women was a cheek!

Since waiting times of almost 2 hours have to be expected at some citizens 'offices, I was happy and grateful to be able to make an appointment by telephone at the Degerloch citizens' office. I was picked up punctually in front of the building by a very friendly employee and my request was dealt with competently and within a few minutes. Many Thanks!

I see through the window how people are only chatting in the citizens' office. For 15 minutes. I have to ask you to make a certified copy. No, that is only possible in a week with an appointment. Such a laziness.

Employees, both on the phone and on site, are extremely competent and have always been perceived as friendly and helpful. Waiting times are short in the middle of the day. As with almost all offices, the opening times are more than employee-unfriendly, therefore a star deduction (NOT because of the people working there!). Many things go online. In contrast to other offices, you can clearly see here that people are capable and want to work. As I said, competent and friendly!
