Hello dear ZSC team, I am very satisfied overall. It's just really impractical that you have abolished the online appointment. That was actually the main reason how I came across you. Now you have to download an app or call again, I find that a step backwards. Would be cool if you unlock the online booking again. This is for people who work all day incredibly comfortable on Sunday 20: 30h to book an appointment;) many Greetings Olga
