She treated me very roughly, in spite of friendly condolence, she did not tell me or very briefly and unkindly about the facts (for what the syringe, the process was good, etc.) and was very inaccurate and unprofessional in the treatment (I had to come back after 4 days, and she treated me the same White) ...
