Very unfriendly customer service !
I've waited for almost 6 months just for the access band, they always kept telling that they've changed the system. Very unprofessional, I don't understand how many times in a year do they change their "System". Also I'd scheduled appointments multiple times for the training and when reached they will then inform you that there was no appointment scheduled. This has happened to me multiple times. And the gals in the reception do not even know how to schedule and appointment and also to check if the appointment have been scheduled.
I've sent them an email, it's more than a month and no response. Would not recommend Jonny.M to anyone, staying back just cause I have a contract. Would not want to continue once it's over.
Illegal charges, they do not respect the contracts they write, they don't answer the emails or anything, completely unprofessional, I never had such a horrible experience.
Sneakily auto renewed my contract and helped themselves by taking 200+ euros from my account. Absolutely not a trustworthy company. Just save your time and money, learn to do gym at home. The place is nice, granted, the instructors are friendly, but I really regret trusting this company.
