Experienced coaches teach boxing, The training is fun and keeps fit ... Multicultural members. The training varies between technique and fitness ... to the preparation for competitions ... Everything's great, keep it up .... @ Thugs have no chance .......

I've been there a few times now and it's a good and challenging workout. There are on average two coaches who supervise the training. You definitely have a group dynamic during the whole training and you get in good shape. I can absolutely recommend it. I myself am an amateur with some experience. How an ambitious boxer would judge it, I can judge badly.

Too many students too few teachers, it is impossible that they teach everyone exactly how to box, and there is also a boxing ring
