THis place is a huge scam. I have a contract where you can cancel if you move. I have contacted them 3 times and sent the paper work for officially moving out of germany. They are still charging me.
Avoid this club. My biggest nistake was to sign a contract for a year. Group training offer is mega poor. When I started, it was still acceptable. Now a lot of trainers have left, no one is replacing them. Training schedule is not to be trusted. No one gives notice, when the training is cancelled or replaced. And believe me - in this club you want to know who the trainer is, as there are many unprofessional an/or boring trainers. There have been countless times in past months when I do not get what I came for. Very, very disappointing.

I have canceled my daughter membership by mid of June 2019 and they asked me to pay til end of the same month which I did gladly ,due to membership is monthly not yearly agreed and by first of August I received request to settle for July membership plus 5 euro as punish for delay in payment from my side and since two weeks I following up the branch and they promised me to find a solution and every visit they take same information and no resolution,pls don't go there and since I am carrying fitness first internationale mebership my advice is to use Fitness first Bad Cannstatt, there team are much active and corporative.
I have joined this club for two years, I like that it is only for women and it is clean. Nevertheless, the courses are not all relevant and not varied , sometimes canceled last minute. I was promised 2 free months upon the end of contract and NEVER got them, like many gyms, tons of promises in the beginning but reality is something else..
