Been with multiple instructors at this wonderful studio over the past 2 years especially with Amanda, Isabel and Yara. Not only can they conduct classes in English, they were passionate and effective teachers. I’ve never seen my body gain so much strength and change so fast. Thank you all so much for showing me kindness especially in my first months in Stuttgart.
I met Amanda over 8 years ago as a Pilates trainer. I took mat classes first and recently I took private lessons from her. It makes you train enthusiastically and with dedication and get the best out of your body. The studio is bright, friendly and modern. I can highly recommend Studio Contrology.
For several years I have been training with Amanda in the Contrology Studio in Stuttgart. In the past, to get in shape and to do something for my physical fitness. Then to keep moving during my pregnancy. My training had to be adjusted here and I was very happy to know that I was well supported. After the pregnancy, Amanda helped me get back to my "old" form. Unfortunately, I "weakened" for a while and wasn't in training for a few months, which is why I got big problems with my shoulder. A few unsuccessful physio later I went back to Amanda and thanked her for allowing me to raise my arm again. With the nice aftertaste of generally being fitter and firmer again. So if you are thinking of starting Pilates, you are at the best address in this beautiful studio.
