The pregnancy yoga class with Stephanie was great! I learned many useful relaxation techniques and can't wait to continue with the mommy and baby yoga.

Very friendly, professional, fair price. Very interesting, comprehensive range of courses, seminars and workshops. Here yoga is lived as a philosophy and is taught accordingly. The instructors are as individual as yoga and the people who want to use it. And all of them have great know-how. If you want to see more behind yoga than challenging contortions, this is the place for you.

Unfortunately, very difficult to reach ... already called 10 times and looked in the studio! Nobody there or nobody opens ..... Mails were not answered ,,, NO Go !!
