have been here practicing for a number of years. I became aware of the special "men's offer". I like that Yoga Stuttgart is set up in a mixed male / female. There is a large team of yoga teachers, so the lessons are very diverse ...... and I haven't had any back problems for a long time. :-)

I've been going to the studio in Stuttgart for two years. Both in Schlossstrasse and Rheinsburgstrasse. It's just always nice to be here again and again. The teachers are just great. Very varied and challenging. My special highlight is always when the harmonium is used and the exercises flow in rhythm with the singing. Even now at the time of Corona, very nice because the courses take place with a limited number of participants. Thank you for this break from everyday life!
